Marsha Biddix

Marsha Biddix is the founder and visionary of Women of Honor Inc.,  a faith-based, non-profit 501(c)3 organization focused offering hope and healing through coaching and counseling services.

From the heart of Hood River, Oregon, to the global stage, Marsha's life is a testimony of hope rising from hardship. The 14th of 22 children, she grew up knowing struggle, but also the strength of community, faith, and perseverance. Now, as a wife, mother, spiritual leader, author and founder of Women of Honor, Inc., Marsha has spent decades empowering women to heal, lead, and live boldly in their God-given purpose.

Her book "Women of Honor "Blessed by the King" is more than a memoir—it’s a call to action for women who’ve faced trauma, abandonment, or hopelessness. It offers biblical wisdom, spiritual encouragement, and real-world strategies to walk in victory, purpose, and grace. Marsha shares how she turned personal pain into global impact. From launching the Global Leadership Circle in 2021 to building the worldwide movement Heels on the Ground in 2024, she equips women to rediscover their identity in Christ, activate their spiritual gifts, and rise as leaders in their communities.
