Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a consultation, please allow 24-hour notice. Women of Honor Inc. is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization offering coaching and counseling to assist women to reach their full potential in walking out their business, ministry or life journey. Women of Honor Inc. provides faith-based counseling and coaching services grounded in Biblical principles. Our commitment is to offer a safe, respectful, and confidential environment for every woman seeking guidance, healing, and spiritual growth. Key Policies: Biblical Foundation: All guidance is based on scripture, prayer, and Christian values. Scope of Practice: Services provide spiritual support, coaching, and counseling for your business or ministry implementation to the execution of launching or growing. Self-development to Moving Forward into your God-given destiny. Women of Honor Inc. does not diagnose or offer medical and/or mental health treatment. Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential except in cases of danger, abuse, or legal reporting requirements. Mandatory Reporting: We follow state laws for reporting child abuse, elder abuse, or threats of harm. Boundaries & Ethics: Professional boundaries are maintained to ensure safety, respect, and impartiality. Session Expectations: Sessions begin and end on time; active participation and honesty are expected. Prayer Consent: Prayer, Scripture, and spiritual exercises are offered with client's agreement. Payment & Cancellations: Payment is required as agreed; cancellations must follow the stated timeline. Referrals: When issues fall outside our scope, clients may be referred to licensed professionals or emergency services. No Refunds are granted at all. If you fail to complete the 3 sessions within the timeframe outlined due to unless unforeseen circumstances, Women of Honor Inc. will work to schedule time to complete the sessions.
