From the Founder's Heart
There are moments in ministry that become milestones—and the Revive to Arise Retreat was one of those moments.
For two and a half unforgettable days, women gathered in beautiful Oregon to step away from the busyness of life and step into the presence of God. Together we laughed, worshiped, prayed, reflected, explored, and discovered fresh vision for the season ahead.
Watching every woman leave stronger than she arrived reminded me once again why God birthed Women of Honor Inc. Our mission has always been to equip and empower women to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
Thank you for trusting God enough to say "yes" to this journey. May the seeds planted during these few days continue to bear fruit in your life, family, ministry, and community.
With Love & Gratitude,
Marsha Biddix
Founder & CEO, Women of Honor Inc.
Day 3 – Commissioned to Arise
Our final morning together began around the breakfast table, where we shared one last meal as sisters in Christ. It was a meaningful time of fellowship, reflection, and encouragement.
During our conversation, I shared the importance of walking in obedience when God speaks. As a leader, I reflected on how God test us to fufill His purpose.

Our closing session focused on practical keys for moving forward with clarity, courage, and intentionality. Cards were presented and special declarations and affirmations over every woman. It was a powerful and heartfelt moment as I presented a special "Spiritual Alignment" certification for each woman that imparted words of life, encouragement, and blessing into their calling and journey.

Retreat Highlights
Day One – Meet • Greet • Reimagine
Our retreat began with warm smiles, heartfelt hugs, and meaningful fellowship as women from diverse backgrounds gathered together as sisters in Christ.

Inspiring messages from Marsha Biddix, Shaleena Flanagan, Sharon Swain, Dr. Norma Medina, and Joy Kitanga encouraged every woman to Arise and Shine as she embraced her God-given purpose.
The evening also included creating vision boards and spending time in prayerful reflection over the City of Portland, inviting God's direction for the journey ahead.
The day concluded with joyful fellowship and a delicious dinner thoughtfully prepared and catered by Private Chefs Dray & Kat, providing the perfect ending to a memorable first day together.
Day Two – Explore • Connect • Be Inspired
Saturday, the second day of the retreat, was filled with beauty, discovery, and meaningful fellowship as we explored some of Portland's most treasured destinations. We visited the International Rose Test Garden, enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Cadillac Café, and toured the Creo Chocolate Factory. Every stop along the way became another opportunity to laugh together, build deeper connections, and celebrate God's goodness.

We concluded our tour by gathering for an inspiring presentation from Shaleena Flanagan, who shared "Painting God's Glory." She also showcased the beautiful artwork created by her daughters, reminding us that God reveals His creativity and glory in unique and powerful ways.
Women Arising Session
Women from the United States, Pakistan, and London joined together virtually for an unforgettable evening of worship, encouragement, and spiritual empowerment.
-
Pastor Nasreen Nadeem challenged us to lead with courage, humility, and unwavering faith.
-
Rev. Sheila Hightower encouraged every woman to embrace the character and strength of the Proverbs 31 woman, walking boldly as a woman of valor.
-
Pastor Elaine Paul inspired us to rise to greater heights in our calling and concluded by speaking a powerful prophetic message over every woman in attendance.
The Women Arising Session concluded with a special recognition ceremony honoring women who have faithfully served as trailblazers and Kingdom leaders. Brenda Austin beautifully designed and presented each honoree with a "DNA Roots Imprint" Certificate, recognizing their legacy, faithfulness, and lasting Kingdom impact.
We finished the evening with joyful celebration and an exceptional dinner thoughtfully prepared and catered by Private Chefs Dray & Kat, bringing another unforgettable day of fellowship and sisterhood to a close.
